QK-APC Oxyfuel Automatic Gas Control System

The QK-APC oxyfuel automatic gas control system breaks the limitation of traditional oxyfuel cutting by manual adjustment. It can realize the automatic gas adjustment of the oxyfuel troch, as well as the automatic ignition and automatic height adjustment. It can replace the traditional oxyfuel cutting complicated gas circuit. The oxyfuel cutting machine no longer needs a number of pressure gauges and solenoid valves, only an APC "small black box".

• The QK-APC intelligent oxyfuel cutting system includes: oxyfuel torch, ignition device, QK-CHC torch height control device (optional), DC drive, gas circuit control device, control software, air pipe and other related accessories;

• The CNC can directly control the cutting air flow and the strength of the flame, so as to realize the automatic control of the whole process of oxyfuel cutting;

• When the plate thickness is different, there is no need to manually re-adjust the heat, just specify the cutting thickness parameter, and the cutting system will automatically cut according to the set thickness;

• Modular design, easy to install and adjust, to ensure high-quality cutting effect and efficiency;

• Equipped with ordinary isobaric flame cutting gun.

Application field

• Suitable for flame plane cutting of 3-150 mm carbon steel;

• Single shot or multiple shots can be used simultaneously;

• Can provide a complete set of hardware and software integration systems to upgrade the original flame cutting machine;

• The standard configuration can perforate 100 mm, and the cutting thickness can reach 150 mm;
