BENCHCUT Desktop High-precision CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

The BenchCUT integrated high-precision CNC plasma cutting machine was launched in 2012. It has a compact design and integrates the table and the longitudinal drive into one, adhering to the consistent high-quality and refined manufacturing process of Qiankun Machine. The carts and carts of this model are all made of aluminum alloy, which has a high cost performance. The machine has good rigidity and is reasonably designed in accordance with the golden ratio. The central electrical control is integrated in the back of the workbench, the cable and air pipes are reasonably arranged, and the machine has good grounding and anti-electromagnetic interference performance. Its outstanding features are high precision and high speed, and customers can install it by themselves.

BenchCUT integrated high-precision CNC plasma cutting machine uses Qiankun's unique true bilateral synchronous control mode to control two longitudinal drive AC servo motors.

• The accuracy grade of the machine is 0.1mm.

• The longitudinal effective length can be lengthened in the basic length, the interval is 1 meter, and the longest length can be lengthened to 10 meters;

• Numerical control system: QK-NC Plus Qiankun dedicated bus control system, etc.;
